The East-in-West Group offers a wide range of financial services both in Germany and China

M&A: We are offering the acquisition of attractive German companies to Chinese and other foreign investors. Both asset and share deals are covered. Check our database or say us what you are looking for! We offer the whole range of M&A services: identifying appropriate candidates, presenting technical and financial details, visiting with you the company, and closing the deal considering all legal and tax issues involved. We cooperate with the biggest private German data bases for companies up to be sold.

The business area Private Equity & Financial Solutions covers a broad range of services of SME including start-ups. Starting from writing a business plan we set up the optimal financing strategy and look for investors, both VC/private equity, mezzanine investors, and banks extending loans. Our first projects were in the sector renewable energy (solar energy) and transport/logistics.
