SME Consulting 

The area SME Consulting covers a wide range of services for SME and start-ups. We write a business plan, suggest the optimal financing structure, and look for investors, both for equity and loans.

The first projects were in the fields of logistics/transport, solar energy. consulting (formation process, non-life and pension insurance), and financial engineering.

Dr. Osbild has an outstanding experience in consulting new companies. He is, for example, advisor in the N.U.K. network, a Cologne-based competition for new business ideas which is supported by big companies like RWE, Bayer, KPMG, and big local savings banks.
